Yum! I wish there was a stall serving Taiwanese snow ice closer to where I live, as I'd eat it all time time Saw this stall at East Coast Park... it was a scorching hot day and I figured it would be similar to a snow cone. I don't know how they make it, but the "snow" is so finely shaved that it melts in your mouth. There are many toppings to choose from (fruit, oreo cookies)... I opted for the fresh strawberries which cost a bit more, but was definitely worth it. It's probably quite low in fat, too ;)
