Last weekend, we went to this food centre for our dinner. We had originally wanted to eat zi char, but the queue is too long, so we ordered our dinner separately from each stall. I ordered from the pig organ soup stall and got myself a bowl of mixed pig innards and a bowl of rice. The mixed pig innards consist of pig liver, small and big intestine, stomach, lean pork meat. I ordered from the pig organ soup stall and got myself a bowl of mixed pig innards and a bowl of rice. The mixed pig innards consist of pig liver, small and big intestine, stomach, lean pork meat. The intestines are well handled, there is no smell and it is quite qq. I love it with the slightly sourish and spicy chili dip. The pork liver is tough to bite and it is a let down. The soup is tasty, but it seems like it has quite a bit of msg added and I felt very thirsty after my meal. Overall, I think this is just average fare, the chili dip is the only thing that is different from other pig organ soup stall. This costs $4.
