If not for the pig trotters, I don't think I will be back to this Bak Kut Teh shop so fast. Since the place open till quite late even during a weekday night, we have no choice but to head over for supper (since my friend is craving for something soupy). I ordered a pig trotter all to myself and thankfully the taste reminds as the last time I visited. The 'fats' (full of collagen) basically melts in your mouth and doesn't have the "foul smell".
