Was given this Valentine's cake by my friend for my birthday as it falls on the same day and I must say I was pretty impressed by the taste and texture of the cake! Never really had a good impression of Polar puffs cakes because tried it once many years ago and didn't like it but this tasted not bad. If you're a fan of chocolate mousse and nuts, this cake is the one to try. The mousse isn't as airy as most mousse cakes out there and have a really rich taste yet bubbly enough texture. Thick layer

If you're a fan of chocolate mousse and nuts, this cake is the one to try. The mousse isn't as airy as most mousse cakes out there and have a really rich taste yet bubbly enough texture. Thick layer of chocolate on the top of the cake complements the whole texture very well. Worth a try although it is rather pricey for a small piece of cake.
