Crystal jade bakery has their own version of the famous pork floss bun. The bun here is a worthy contender I must admit. The bun itself is pretty soft and moist with good bite and mouth feel to it. The pork floss is also flavourful with a good porky flavour that comes from quality product. Overall the savory topping and the slightly sweet bun match very well to give a delicious bun.
