Pow Sing has been around in Serangoon vicinity for ages.Apart from serving Hainanese chicken rice, they also introduce peranakan food as side dishes.Their steamed chicken is considerably good and I have to give special compliments to their incredible fragrant rice.Their rice have a good balance of chicken stock, garlic and pandan leave. Personally, I'm not a great fan of peranakan food - thus the remaining dish I tried such as Assam fish are quite normal to me.
Damage over there I felt its a little pricey thou.
If you have difficulties squeezing in chomp chomp, you might wish to visit here for a hearty meal.
