For me, Prata is the most delicious North and South Indian food in casual ambience. Prata Wala at Serangoon Nex which I visited was one of the prata experts, usually served with a vegetable or meat based curry. I ordered normal prata with egg, mushroom and cheese ($4.20). It was crispy while it is still hot and the taste was wonderful when you eat along with their curry and sambal. I ordered normal prata with egg, mushroom and cheese ($4.20). It was crispy while it is still hot and the taste was wonderful when you eat along with their curry and sambal. The mixture of egg, mushroom and cheese makes me feeling that I was eating Pizza at prata stall. Prata Wala always serves unusual prata fillings and flavours such as vegetables, chicken, mushroom, milo, condensed milk and etc. They are also selling prata set, price ranged from $6.90 onwards.
Other signatures : Naan, Thosai, Tandoori, Nasi Briyani and also Teh Tarik.
For those big eater, don't worry, the portion on our plate is pretty generous.
