There is always long queue at the stall after it had shifted from Amoy Street to one of the Tanjong Pagar Complex coffee shops. The prawn noodle is popular and you will always have to wait for at least 10~20 minutes during peak hours. There is always long queue at the stall after it had shifted from Amoy Street to one of the Tanjong Pagar Complex coffee shops.

The prawn noodle is popular and you will always have to wait for at least 10~20 minutes during peak hours. To beat the crowd, try to arrive around 11:30am.

You can choose to have your noodles served dry with nice hot sauce or served with their thick prawn pork broth. Besides prawns, you can choose to include pork ribs, pork slices or pig intestines.

My favourite is their Kway Teow Soup with Prawn and Pork ribs @$3~4. Sprinkle with some chilli powder to give the extra spiciness. I often couldn't resist but finish the whole bowl of soup which is cooked with lots of prawn heads and pork ribs.

If you love your food hot, you can also try their dry version with super spicy sauce which my friend loved. Add those crispy fried pork lard if you love it the traditional way.

Service is a bit slow as the stall owner takes pride to handle all the food processing himself, from getting the right amount of noodles, cooking the noodles, picking and arranging the prawn and pork ribs into the bowl. His helper only helps with the money collection and handling of bowls and trays.

You can try the home made barley in the coffee shop, which is thick and fragrant at a cheap price as well.
