Prawn noodle is one of my favourite hawker cuisine.They must have tasty soup to qualify as good prawn noodle.The one here is one good example. The thick soup mixed with some chili powder makes it all the more tasty.It comes with just two big prawns and the yellow noodle has the pork-lard cubes and chili powder as toppings.The whole dish is just so apppetizing.
