This is one of the stalls that i have been patronising on a regular basis. Their attentive customer service is one of the main reasons that gotten me to come back. Their standard has been quite consistent but it can be disappointing at times just like this time. The pork ribs did not cook well enough so the meat was extremely chewy and a little tough too. Their standard has been quite consistent but it can be disappointing at times just like this time. The pork ribs did not cook well enough so the meat was extremely chewy and a little tough too. The prawns tasted really fresh though. The mee pok was nicely cooked to give it the amazing springiness. I always like my bowl of noodle with extra chill added. And, what made this bowl of noodle delightfully tasty was that amount of sinful fried pork lards added to enhance its taste.
It was a hearty meal nonetheless.
