To celebrate my mum's birthday on Sunday, my family and I went to Rong Guang BBQ Seafood which is located at Alexandra Village Food Centre.We have been there on several occasions before and the food has never failed to satisfy us. The Prawn Rolls were fried well and was very crispy and it was stuffed with minced prawns and pork which was definitely a good combination as it was very juicy. It also came with a sweet sauce at the side. However, I'm not a huge fan of the Prawn Rolls in the sweet sauce and prefer eating it on it's own.
In total, we ordered 4 dishes and it only came up to a grand total of $38 for the 4 of us. For such generous portions and great food, it is definitely very reasonable and worth a try!
