Pretzel

Finally open a outlet in the west side as previously the nearest outlet from my home was at suntec city. Pretzel is one of my favourite as there are different seasonings and flavours made available to choose from. However, the standard seems to have drop as compared to the pretzel that I have brought from suntec city outlet. Pretzel is one of my favourite as there are different seasonings and flavours made available to choose from. However, the standard seems to have drop as compared to the pretzel that I have brought from suntec city outlet. I have brought a total of two pretzel which includes the cinnamon and the seaweed flavour. Firstly, for the cinnamon flavour pretzel, a thick layer of the cinnamon sugar is stick onto the pretzel. Whenever I took a bite, my whole mouth will be full of the cinnamon suagar. As for the seaweed flavour, the seaweed toppings that is stick on the pretzel looks dry. As for the taste wise, it is totally bland and there were no taste of the seaweed and it's like eating a plain pretzel. I think that the staff should have given more training to improve the taste and quailty of the pretzel.
