Moist and Smooth, it was laborious to be cooked I guessed. Smell was great, pure like mum-cooking at home. Minced pork and sliced ginger inside, the taste was naturally savoury. They used their own recipe to boil the Congee, diluted yet salty. I had mine with some pepper and soy sauce, it became better for the whole. Silky and fulfilling, it was what my breakfast done. Nothing luxury as a result congee was normally sold at a very low price. $2.00 for my Congee, it was inexpensive.
