Ban Mian / Fish Soup - Koufu (已結業)

I ordered this with U-mian. I prefer U-Mian than Ban-Mian which is a thicker noodle compared to the U-Mian. The sauce is acceptable. I love the spiced corned egg a lot! It taste really nice, not too salty and it has no bitter taste of the black sauce like any other stall i have eaten before. However, one thing that I am not so satisfied about was the fried Wan-tan. It is not crispy at all and it has really not noticeable portion of meat in it!
