The big pau (also known as chicken pau), is tasty with a generous amount of filling! It is quite rare to find paus with fillings that matches the ratio of the skin! There are countless pau shops in Singapore with so much skin and too little filling.
I also had the yuan yang pau, which is a mixture of red bean, lotus and salted egg! I find that the salted egg is too much and it overpowers the rest of the filling. My family enjoyed the paus and I will be back for more when I'm around the vicinity again!
