well jap soy egg always taste great.. especially their egg yolk.. orange and bright~of course not every stall's taste good even it looks good.. it must be fragrance ~this ramen's soup taste mild and sweet.. ramen not over cooked.. they are generous with their ingredients and as you can see.. those are fresh~
