Daikokuya Ramen Dining (已結業)

Ordered the Daikokuya Ramen and Spicy Miso Ramen. Like all good ramen, the soup is thick and flavourful. The Daikokuya ramen tasted saltier than the Spicy miso ramen in my opinion. Using tonkotsu pork base, the ramen is firm in texture and comes with kirobuta pork belly, marinated boiled egg and other garnishes like leek and spring onions. The pork is tough to bite.
