I went to siam kitchen for a meal. I ordered their pandan chicken. the pandan chicken was really delicious but you can only taste the goodness after you remove the pandan leaf. The pandan leaf is very hard to remove. It flakes everywhere and dirty your plate. But the chicken inside is well marinated, the meat is tender and juicy. it is not too oily. It has this dip for you to dip your chicken in, it enhances the flavor of the chicken.
