Went to the Tontei Pork Restaurant at Nex Mall. It was during dinner time and we waited about 30 mins before a table was available. The service staff were proper and nice as they keep coming out to check on us in the queue. Ordered the Set meal that comes with the breaded pork fillet and oden. It also comes with chawanmushi as well as a small serving of udon.The pork fillet is pretty crispy and nice but its the chawanmushi that beat all hands down. Silky soft and with lots of ingredients inside.

Overall, reasonable japanese food with a crew of friendly staff, but the price is abit steep in my opinion. Tontei still did not make me want to give up returning to Kazokutei at Junction 8.
