We are quite used to getting queue numbers when buying bubble tea, but getting queue number for food in a food court is really my first time. They need to have this system in place so that once people have ordered their food, they can go back to their seat and wait instead of waiting in the queue and cause a jam in that limited space. The food is prepared and cooked on the spot. Waited about 10 minutes for this beef sirloin and my companion is already halfway into his food. The dish is nicely presented with salad, sunny side up egg, garlic bread and cheese fries. Ordered medium rare and am glad the chef did a great job in this. A little bit of overcooking and the meat would become medium so the master of timing and and heat is important. The meat is tender and flavorful with their special sauce.
Oh, and I think they do provide delivery.
