Every evening this Indian Rojak Stall at Ayer Rajah Food Centre always soldout their items. Hence today I went during lunch time to try their Rojak.There were many items to choose from, mostly vegetarian types. The price of each item was about $1.The plate of rojak came to my table very hot, all the items were freshly deep fried.The chili sauce looked red and spicy, though the taste was sweet and nutty.The items that I choose included beancurd, fishcake, egg and potato. The items that I choose included beancurd, fishcake, egg and potato. All of them rasted crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
I liked the potato most. It was crispy on the battered skin and the potato was smooth and soft, not powdery.
