Rose veranda is the best place to go for a relaxing afternoon. It's the perfect place to catch up with friends over high tea, and pamper yourself with a nice treat in a lovely ambience. The weekday afternoon tea buffet spans over 6 hours meaning you can have a nice leisurely time Over the delicious buffet spread. Continue to the cooked food section and try the quiche which is really buttery with a deliciously savoury filling. Spring rolls are nice and crunchy too!
Once in awhile, servers will come along with a special dish of the day which was pumpkin soup on the day that I went! I can definitely say this was one of the best pumpkin soups I have ever eaten!
The scones here are lovely too, light and crumbly, they are especially good when eaten warm. Pair then with the accompanying jam and clotted cream for a lovely treat!
The dessert selection is the star of the show! There is such a wide range of delectable desserts you can't decide what to have! Most of the desserts are in tiny shot glasses so you can try a variety of them! I especially liked the chocolate mousse!
End your meal with some delicious ice cream! The ice cream offered On the day I visited was yam and strawberry! The Yam was really unique and really really good! I had 3 scoops!!!
