Rosti is the must try dish at Marche, if not, a trip there would seem incomplete. The rosti comes with sour cream. The rosti that day was not as greasy as it usually is and I liked that it is not fried until too charred. Although it is already as tasty as it is, I will still add the sour cream to it as it gives it a more tangy taste. The service here is very good, the people are all very polite and are all smiles. It is a pretty good place to have dinner here if you don't mind the slightly more
