Saba Fish set

I was at The Central together with my colleagues after our meeting and we decided to lunch at this korean eatery. We went there quite late at around 1:15pm hence there is not much of a crowd and we could get seats for the four of us. I ordered the Saba fish set which cost $6.90. The dish will be served so once we made our order, we could go back to our seats and wait. Each set comes with a small saucer of kimchi and anchovies. I love the kimchi here. It is not too salty and it has the right sour

The dish will be served so once we made our order, we could go back to our seats and wait. Each set comes with a small saucer of kimchi and anchovies. I love the kimchi here. It is not too salty and it has the right sourish taste to it. The saba fish is very nice. The outer skin is slightly crispy and the inner flesh is quite tender and flaky. It is just a little troublesome eating it because of the small bones within the fish. The fish size is quite alright as well, and maybe its because of the rice but I felt quite full afterwards.
