This is some kind like the hot pot rice. I eat this after i mixed all the ingredient. The rice is a bit burn at the wall of the pot there,but it taste nice too. I like the unagi so much,it is really soft and i like the egg slices on the top too. The mushroom also not bad, soft as usual and juicy. Because of the rice is fried before, it is quite flavourful. The fish egg is my favourite ingredient in this dish.It is so nice.
