My sibling and I love salmon sashimi. Ichiban Sushi's salmon sashimi are always fresh and like always, they are very generous and the salmon always come in very thick slices. It has a strong salmon taste and isn’t too “fishy”. At times we don’t want to have it raw so we would throw it into the hotpot to cook the salmon. Taste just as good! I highly recommend salmon sashimi lovers to eat at Ichiban Sushi. They are seriously very generous with their salmon
