I tried Salted Egg Pork Ribs once and fallen in love with it. I was excited when i got to know this dish is served at this place too. They deep fried the pork ribs first then stir-fried it with butter and salted egg yolk to give it the creamy texture and fragrance. The pork ribs were well coated with salted egg yolk. The texture was tender though certain part was a tad too hard. The level of saltiness was well-controlled.
