My Favorite sambal fish. The coffee shop only serve the usual zi-char dishes but their sambal fish is a must. We usually order the fish with a soup and tofu or veg. With rice, it is very filling for 3-4 pax. We prefer the promfet as there are meat on both side of the fish. The sambal is actually the main lead here. The chef had it fried to a crisp and it is even good on its own or just with plain rice. We always ask for extra sambal to add to the fish. You have to mixed with those already on the
