Fu Xiang not only sells good curry chicken, they also sell other dishes that are really nice. I ordered their sambal fried chicken. They placed it on a sizzling hot pan. For my rice, I topped up more rice and added an omelette, this top up cost me $1 which was kind of reasonable. The sambal sauce was not too spicy. it was sour enough so there was no need to squeeze the lime they provided. The chicken slices were deep fried then coated with the sambal sauce.
