sambal stingray and kang kong

I happened to be driving by this area and decided to stop by for some delicious seafood. My girlfriend ordered their sambal stingray and sambal kang kong. The sambal stingray is really good, the stingray they served is really fresh, you can taste the sweetness of the meat. The sambal is not too spicy. When grilled with the stingray, very fragrant. They topped it off with a lot of onions. the onions gives it a sweetish taste. they also gave some sour chilli dip, it went really well with the sting

The sambal stingray is really good, the stingray they served is really fresh, you can taste the sweetness of the meat. The sambal is not too spicy. When grilled with the stingray, very fragrant. They topped it off with a lot of onions. the onions gives it a sweetish taste. they also gave some sour chilli dip, it went really well with the stingray. The kang kong is very crunchy and juicy, goes absolutely well with the sambal. It was so satisfying that I finished two bowls of rice.
