sambal stingray and kang kong

i went to redhill market to eat with my girlfriend. we ordered the sambal stingray and sambal kangkong from this bbq seafood stall. The portion of the sambal stingray was not exactly worth the amount we paid for it, so we were kind of disappointed. It was rather fresh though, the meat was kind of sweet and went really well with the sambal. My girlfriend found the sambal a little too spicy. It was rather fresh though, the meat was kind of sweet and went really well with the sambal. My girlfriend found the sambal a little too spicy. Their chilli dip was pretty nice, a little sour, a little sweet and a little spicy went well the stingray meat. The kang kong on the other hand was good, though they used the same sambal. It was cooked perfectly as you can taste the crunchiness of the vegetable.
