sambal stingray

i was at redhill having dinner with my family. We decided to order a sambal stingray to share. we ordered from the nearest stall to our table. As we ordered a lot of food to share, we ordered the smallest serving. It turned out to be really small. I was rather disappointed with the dish. The stingray that was served to us somehow did not taste very fresh as the meat was rather mushy. There was no sweetness in the meat. The sambal was not as nice as I expected it to be. It was rather spicy though

The stingray that was served to us somehow did not taste very fresh as the meat was rather mushy. There was no sweetness in the meat. The sambal was not as nice as I expected it to be. It was rather spicy though and I had to eat a lot of rice with it. as a whole, we were rather disappointed, maybe we were just simply unlucky to get a not so fresh piece.
