We always come to this place for their signature dish, Samsui Ginger Chicken, which is actually cold white chicken served with a ginger dip and wrapped in lettuce.The chicken are really tender, not sure why they serve it cold but it really blends well with the fragrant ginger which make us crave for more. Somehow i find it too oily and abit greasy to have too much of it. Other dishes like boiled soup, potato leaves with sambal, Steamed Hand-chopped Minced Pork with Salted Egg are quite impressiv

Other dishes like boiled soup, potato leaves with sambal, Steamed Hand-chopped Minced Pork with Salted Egg are quite impressive too, it bring us back to the olden day where the older generation use to make all these dishes.
Price wise arent cheap, it can cost up to 60 bucks for dinner, 3 pax dine in.
