Besides the pork taste, you can actually taste the salt after slurping in the soup. We ordered the signature pork cheeks salt flavour ramen. They serve the pork cheeks in slices, its tender, smooth and the fats on the cheeks are yummy. Only realised those fats when we flipped over the meat slices
