Long Beach IMM seafood restaurant. A long and boring name. But like the saying goes, don't judge a cover by its book. Inside the restaurant, the display of living seafood made my mouth water. I went with my family for a family dinner. Even my fussy parents were intrigued by the surroundings. The food was even more amazing. My parents ordered a steamed garoupa , scotland scallop and a plate of vegetables and 2 big pepper crabs. I tried the steam fish, the meat peeled off when i land my fork on it

I tried the steam fish, the meat peeled off when i land my fork on it. The smell of the sizzling oil really made me wanna eat it. The scallops was even better, it was very fresh like what my mom says.( I do not know how to differentiate between fresh or not) It tasted like eating the sea, not the saltiness but the freshness and cooling sea. The vegetable which i could not tell what is it tasted average.
Lastly, the pepper crab. As i do not take spicy , my parents ate it all. They said to me that it was such a waste. They described to me that even if i cannot take hot stuffs , i gotta try it. But it didnt really allow me to overcome my taste buds. therefore, i just watched them devour it. What i can only say that the demonstration of the crabs were very well placed. The colour of the pepper sauce looks good too.
We end of the day with a happy and satisfied stomach. Overall the bill was not cheap compared to other places but it was worth it.
