I don't usually eat cha kway teow but something told me I had to try the one at Tiong Bahru Market. The stall is owned and run by an 82 year old man, who has spent his entire life frying noodles; so it was no surprise that my plate of noodles was really good! It was really flavorful, I could taste the garlic and the noodles didn't have an overpowering "starchy" feel/ taste that some other places have. It wasn't too oily either. My only complain is that there was too little "hum" haha but that's
