Dozo is a well known restaurant situated in River Valley that offers set meals; similar concept to Tao's/Zero Zero. I went for dinner and had a pretty good experience. You get to pick each course from a wide selection so there is mix and match. I had the mushroom and truffle soup, truffle taste wasn't that distinct. I also had the beef tenderloin where the hot granite will cook and sizzle your semi-raw beef cuts. If you like your beef anything but well done, then this is a good choice. Ended wit
