Set Meal @ Long black cafe

I dined at the Long Black Cafe that day, outside at their al fresco dining area. It was really windy and cool, nice place to have lunch! I ordered the beef baked rice set which came together with the soup of the day- pumpkin soup and a drink- apple flavoured drink. The pumpkin soup was fantastic! It was really creamy and I enjoyed the smooth texture of the soup. The pumpkin was also not too strong and the soup was not too salty too. I ordered the beef baked rice set which came together with the soup of the day- pumpkin soup and a drink- apple flavoured drink. The pumpkin soup was fantastic! It was really creamy and I enjoyed the smooth texture of the soup. The pumpkin was also not too strong and the soup was not too salty too. The beef baked rice was cheesy and they served the rice with pieces of beef slices, not minced beef like some other restaurants do. The beef slices were tender. Their apple flavoured drink was served with pieces of peppermint leaves in it, giving the drink a minty tinge. Not bad a place to have lunch together with friends!
