I believe that this is the 2nd outlet to the one at Cathay Cineleisure. it has been known to be reasonably priced but maybe the rent at star vista was higher, they have incorporated the increase in price to the customers as well. The soup base was quite bland to me, ordered the original miso soup so that I didn't have to be charged extra which will most probably ruin the taste of the beef anyways. Although the price was really quite high, I must say that the beef was quite tender and soft. There were no connective tissues in the meat at all which made it easy to chew. I'm not too sure of the grade of the beef but I believe its somewhere up there since they could charge so much. The vegetables were normal as you have to control the fire yourself. I kind of like the sauce that they gave but honestly, I really don't think it's worth the price. You can get the same type of beef at a korean restaurant with a better taste.
