the custard bun is what i wish to try a long time ago. then one day i saw the menu from sheng kee and saw the custard bun. the bun is very cute with the round shape and yellow colour. i just peel off the skin and divide the bun into halves just like what i will do normally without knowing that the custard just flow out and dripped my bag! the custard inside is piping hot, very fragrant with the salted egg yolk smell and sandy texture. the bun is fluffy and soft, and i think i am in love with the
