Le Patio signature Seafood Paella Rice ($11.90) is a hot favourite in Pasarbella and I don't see why not. Served in a environmental friendly paper box, the portion is substantial. The paella comes with tiger prawns, fish, chicken, mussles and baby squid, justifying its price. The rice was soft yet not mushy and every grain was fully infused with umami taste from the broth they prepared. To summarise the paella in one word - FLAVOURFUL.
