The Café Cartel (已結業)

My friends and I had a gathering at café cartel. I looked at their menu, my friend recommended me to the hot pasta. I decided to try their smoked duck cooked with tom yum sauce pasta. the smoked duck is really delicious. The meat is not very tender, it has some chewy factor which taste very delicious. The tom yum sauce however did not taste spicy. It taste a little like tomato sauce but somehow it taste really good. the macaroni is cooked really well, not overcooked and taste very chewy.
