I went to thai express for dinner the other day. I went a little earlier so could avoid the dinner crowd. I ordered their soft shell crab curry rice. the portion of the soft shell crab is indeed worth the amount I paid. The crab although being deep fried, tasted very juicy. the curry was not spicy at all though it had really good curry flavor. the curry was pretty thick and goes well with the rice and the soft shell crab.
