Elegant high tea place, Octa Hotel was not only a café but also a boutique selling a lot of adorable handmade stuffs. Relaxing as soft music playing, atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Menu was simple and with pretty attractive picture, browsing pleasantly. We were told by a staff, they are having a promotion from now until Christmas day. Simply spend more than $70 in single receipt, we will receive a 1-for-1 Tea Set Voucher. Savoury and salty dessert was a perfect mix, I like Macaroon the most.
