Brought a cup of the soya bean with grass jelly beverage for lunch. This cup of beverage has a soya bean taste that is quite close to those of the can beverage and is not as fragrance as compared to other soya bean stall. As for the grass jelly, it is well grated into thin long stripes and has a soft and smooth texture. The grass jelly taste is not that strong as compared to the soya bean. The beverage is not too diluted and have the right amount of the sugar syrup.
