The pau here is very unique. This pau is not steamed like other paus, instead it is pan fried. This means that the bun is crispy on the base while being soft and fluffy on the upper half. The inside is pork filling which is juicy and succulent with a lot of yummy juice. The pau comes with ginger and vinegar like xiao long bao and you can consume it with the condiments for extra flavour.
