I was attracted by the latest promotion long john silver’s was having, so despite the long queue, I decided to join in the queue. They have two promotional spider man meal, one was the three piece chicken with web fries and honey bbq sauce, the other was one piece of fish and three pieces of prawn with lime mayo. I opted for the chicken set. I think I queued the wrong queue. The girl manning the cashier at my queue was really slow. The next queue was clearing two customers while she was clearing
Back to the spider man meal, the honey bbq sauce was good actually, it had a unique taste. It was not too sweet nor was it sour. The chicken was very juicy despite being deep fried. the web fries is very crispy and it is well seasoned, not too salty as well. It definitely goes well with the cheese. The price is cheaper than the normal three piece chicken. It is definitely more worth it to order this promotion cos if you don’t like the honey bbq sauce, it is actually served separately. The entire meal was actually quite filling.
