Ajisen ramen does offers really delicious ramen! I went there with a couple of friends the other day to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Apparently they have changed the menu from the last time I visited. They got some Hei ramen where the soup is mysteriously black in colour. I was not so adventurous so decided to stick with the more common one. I ordered the tan tan ramen, the soup was mildly spicy, it has a “ball” of minced meat and one piece of char siew. A friend order the spicy char siew ramen, I notice that it looked somewhat similar to mine, but his had more pieces of char siew, but apparently his soup is not sweet unlike mine. Both tasted good, leaving you spoilt for choice whenever you go there to eat!
