Sque (pronounced as skew) Rotisserie & Alehouse is located at Central mall, or above Clarke Quay MRT. Just a stone throw from the clubbing scene. This is a great place to chill out with great food! There was some private event going on when we were there, so we sat outside, facing the Singapore river and had a great view of Clarke Quay across the river. They have an extensive list of beers but do come during their happy hours! (Between 11.30am-7pm and 9pm to 11pm). During happy hours, there’s 1 for 1 draught beer and special priced wine. Totally worth it can! We had Schneider Weisse German beer which was light and smooth as expected from the usual German light beer. 2 pints for $16!
We had the Sque Platter ($35) which is any finger food lover’s dream. It’s a platter with fries, onion rings, buffalo wings, bratwurst, and this pork bun (something like kong bak pao, with tender pork slices served with cucumber and bbq sauce instead of the kong bak filling) This is great for sharing between 2-4 people!
