I love all types of steamed soups and my favourite is Shen Xi Soup. There are many stalls in different parts of Singapore. I am working at Jurong so i frequent this stall very often.My choice is always the lotus roots with pork ribs soup. The soup is very concentrated and thick. It must be the result of steaming for many hours to obtain such a standard. The ingredients like lotus roots and pork ribs are quite generous. I always ordered white rice to go with it.
